Bunny hop anyone?  New data shows that hopping, jumping off and on a 15 inch box at least 10 times a day helps women and I am sure men significantly increase their hipbone density after just four months.  In the study done on women between 25-50 the gains were even greater in women who hopped 20 times daily.  Here comes Peter Cotton Tail hopping down the bunny trail . . .  or should I say Patty Cotton Tail?
