Above is a great 7 minute exercise program that works! This is a great one for people who travel and need to exercise in their hotel room as well as for some of us who only have 7 minutes to give some days. Hey can you really talk yourself out of 7 minutes? I probably can but I am going to try this and see how it works. It is even shorter than the 20 minute interval walk I recommend. Do you think at some point that all we will have to do is think about exercise for it to work?
